BOND Beauty takes your privacy and the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Under no circumstances does BOND Beauty allow your personal information to be distributed, sold or shared with any third party entities.
Only at your personal request will we share your formula with another licensed hair stylist.
Appointment Confirmations
When appointments for services or consultations at BOND Beauty are made, system generated texts and/or emails are sent 72 hours prior to the start of the appointment. The link in the email or text must be clicked through in order to confirm the appointment. If you wish to make any changes to your appointment, please text or call 704.322.2908
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are something we know happen from time to time. All we ask is that you respect the fact that without at least 24 hours notice, we might not be able to fill your appointment with another guest. Cancelling an appointment inside of the 24 hour window will result in a charge for the services that were scheduled. If you need to reschedule due to an illness, please let us know at the time of cancellation.
